The claim is as follows: 

The London Eye is apparently visible in a video of the Eiffel Tower on the Internet. According to the video, the Eiffel Tower is visible now because of self-isolation. They referenced the coronavirus pandemic in the video caption as ‘We are the Virus’.

The London Eye is located south of London, nearly 200 miles from Paris. Statues similar to the Eiffel Tower are massive television transmitters. The crystal palace transmission mast is also known as the crystal palace. As the tower is 719 meters tall, people can mistake it for the Eiffel Tower. Transmission towers were built in 1956 and are still used as primary transmitters by London’s television and radio stations.
