Realme saw over 600 percent shipment growth in the September-October

China-based Realme’s smartphone shipments prices by over 600 percent from the September-October period in contrast to the July-August interval, which makes it the most notable emerging brand in India, a new report said Thursday.



During precisely the exact same interval, Xiaomi’s and Samsung’s prices grew by 10-12 percent each while Huawei-Honor climbed by about 5 percent, stated CyberMedia Research’s (CMR) mobile handset report.

“Throughout the festive period (particularly between September and October), the India marketplace saw record smartphone imports,” additional Narinder Kumar, Lead Analyst-IIG, CMR.


In Q4 2018, CMR estimates stage to smartphone prices touching 36 million units, marking a 16 percent growth (year-on-year).

The CMR explained that online platforms will give rise to a growth of approximately 60-65 percent (YoY) while there’ll be a drop of 4-6 percent in offline programs in Q4 2018.
