At an event held in France, Dreame presented a range of new devices and used the occasion to disclose pricing for the X60 family and the eye-catching Cyber X. The company has also provided firmer information on when these products will become available. The first model to arrive will be the Dreame X60 Pro Ultra Complete, the core version of the firm’s flagship robotic cleaning line. It is scheduled for release on June 5, 2026, with a list price of €1,499.

For the opening week, however, the machine will be sold at a reduction of €200. Buyers will receive a high-end robot vacuum and mop fitted with an extendable side brush capable of reaching 12 cm beyond its normal position. One of the two mop pads can also move outward by as much as 18 cm. The aim is to improve cleaning in places that often escape attention, such as beneath low furniture, around the legs of chairs, and along awkward edges.

The same UltraExtend system is used throughout the wider X60 range. Later in the year, the Dreame X60 Pro Ultra Matrix will join the lineup with a recommended price of €1,699. At the same time, the company plans to introduce a variant equipped with a transparent base station, which will carry a suggested retail price of €1,799.

The most notable feature is the robot’s ability to choose its own cleaning tools. It can select the most suitable pair of mops from three different sets. The choice depends on the room and the task at hand. In practice, this allows the machine to adapt its cleaning method without any input from the user.

Dreame will also release the X60 Pro Master in the same month. The company has set the price at €1,599. Its chief distinction lies in the cleaning station. A direct water connection allows Dreame to make the unit much smaller than usual. As a result, it takes up less space while retaining the functions expected of a premium model.

The company has now revealed the price of the Cyber X as well. It will cost €1,199. Buyers, however, may have to wait until September 2026 before they can get one. Dreame first showed this stair-climbing attachment last year. The new version does more than help a robot vacuum move between floors. It can also clean stair steps, though only to a limited extent.

The system relies on a simple mechanism. As the unit moves down a staircase, two small arms swing out from the rear. Rotating brushes mounted on these arms sweep the surface of each step. Whether the device justifies its price is another question. For homes with three or more floors, the answer may well be yes. For everyone else, two separate robot vacuums would probably achieve much the same result at a lower cost.

Final Words

The latest news from Dreame indicates that robot vacuums are not satisfied to just roll around living rooms anymore. The X60 series continues to go deeper into automation with enhanced cleaning capabilities, adaptive tools and increasingly sophisticated docking stations. The Cyber X, on the other hand, approaches the problem in a more unconventional way, by attempting to solve one of the most difficult obstacles for robotic cleaners: stairs.

It’s too early to tell if consumers will be willing to pay more than €1,000 for a stair climbing robot. The concept could be a much-needed solution for those who own multi-storey properties. If you’re not one of them, it may sound like you’re buying a mountain goat to cross a speed bump.

Either way, Dreame has managed to catch a few eyes. With the ever-changing world of robotic cleaning, the company seems to be pushing the envelope on convenience, and on how much homeowners will pay for it.
